This quote is great summation of how I live my life, and my images reflect my great passion for food and travel. You cannot really experience a destination until you eat like the locals, and immerse yourself in their culture.

I have lived a third of my adult life overseas, mostly in the United States and Malaysia. The food in Malaysia and Singapore established my palate as young traveller, and my diet is rich in spice.

As a student of history, I am drawn to Europe to explore my culture’s roots and many of my images reflect that focus. I am also renewing my vision of Australia (my home), and those images will appear during this year.
